Services. Foxx 1 Services provides Alzheimer's Care, Disability Care, Senior Care, In-Home Care, Companionship Care and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://foxx1servicesla.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Foxx 1 Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foxx 1 Services's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Foxx 1 Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Choice of Law. LA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of LA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Modifications. Foxx 1 Services may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
